Products and listings

We describe our products as accurately as we can, and every claim we make is one you can check by using the product. Colours may appear differently on different screens. Pack contents, net quantity, country of origin and the maximum retail price are shown on each product page and printed on the pack.

Using the Magic Eraser safely

The Magic Eraser is melamine foam. It cleans by very fine abrasion rather than by detergent, which is why it needs no cleaning chemicals and why it wears down as it works.

Because it abrades, it can dull a finish. Test on a hidden area first. Do not use it on glossy, polished, painted, coated or brushed metal surfaces without testing. Keep it away from children and do not use it on skin.

We are not responsible for damage caused by use on a surface the product page advises against, or by use without testing first.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. The maximum retail price shown struck through is the price printed on the pack, inclusive of all taxes. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if the address is not serviceable, or if we suspect fraud. If we do, you get a full refund.

Your account and conduct

Keep your account details accurate and your password to yourself. Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with how it works, or to copy our text, photographs or artwork for your own use without written permission.

Limits on our liability

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Beyond those rights, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction, and this does not affect your right to approach a consumer forum where you live.
